Amber Levine

Amber has been involved in Commercial Real Estate for 15 years, with 13 years specifically dedicated to Property Management. The majority of her career has been dedicated to office management and operations, including several Class A high-rise buildings in the Financial District of San Francisco to Bishop Ranch, a Class A office park in San Ramon. She has experience managing over 2 million square feet of commercial office space under one owner with (5) large tenants and more recently, She managed approximately 600,000 square feet of office space consisting of (15) properties for (6) separate clients. Throughout her career, she has worked for owner operators and third party clientele and while the experiences have all been different, her desire for providing exceptional customer service has always been her main focus. Amber strives to ensure her clients, tenants and vendors feel supported and her colleagues and staff feel appreciated and motivated, and she thrives within team environments. With a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Menlo College, she likes to think that her studies of understanding people and how they operate has helped her significantly throughout her career.

Amber currently lives in Concord with her husband and 2 children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family. As a lifelong athlete, she enjoys playing and watching sports, and have really enjoyed watching she daughter play the sports she played when she was her age (softball and soccer). She also loves music and attending concerts with friends and family, and loves spending time outside and taking advantage of the amazing weather California has to offer by hiking, boating and exploring. Once winter hits, you can find her on the mountains snowboarding in Tahoe.
