Danielle Bromstead

Danielle Bromstead is a Senior Vice President with Lockehouse’s Walnut Creek office, where she has been involved in the leasing and marketing of a number of prominent retail developments, including traditional neighborhood centers, power centers, mixed-use and lifestyle projects. Her organizational, planning and procedural skills make her an effective professional and rapidly transitioned her into a leadership role on listing and tenant assignments.

Danielle joined Lockehouse in 2022 after a successful, twenty year career with Newmark Cornish & Carey . Her prior experience in strategic planning, purchasing, and marketing enabled her to quickly become an essential member of the company’s retail team, working on ground-up new development projects as well as tenant expansion strategies throughout Northern California.
