David joined Lockehouse in 2018 as the Managing Director of the Lockehouse Investment Sales Team (LIST), a new division of Lockehouse that will be responsible for representing clients in the acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate. Prior to working at Lockehouse, David was an agent at Arroyo & Coates / Arroyo & Company for 10 years. Over the course of his career David has been involved in the disposition and acquisition of $800,000,000, and 3,000,000 square feet of shopping centers, office buildings, multifamily, and single tenant net leased assets nationwide. David graduated from UC Davis with a BS in Fermentation Science, and worked in the wine business in Sonoma, Argentina and Germany before transitioning to commercial real estate. Raised in the East Bay, he now lives in Walnut Creek with his wife and two boys.
