Grey Bradshaw

Grey Bradshaw is a retail leasing specialist who joined Lockehouse in late 2025, providing strategic landlord and tenant representation throughout the North Bay and the broader San Francisco region. With deep knowledge of the local retail landscape and a strong command of the Marin and Sonoma submarkets, Grey brings a data-driven, forward-thinking approach to positioning retail assets and guiding clients through the full leasing process.
Prior to joining Lockehouse, Grey spent nearly five years partnering with a prominent North Bay broker/developer, gaining hands-on experience across leasing, sales, national tenant representation, landlord representation, and retail development. His development background includes assisting in the ground-up development of a Quick Quack Car Wash and a Chick-fil-A in La Quinta, California, as well as a Bojangles ground-lease project in Lancaster, Texas. Grey’s broader experience includes transforming underperforming spaces, re-tenanting big-box vacancies, navigating restaurant and drive-thru conversions, and elevating neighborhood shopping centers through targeted outreach and effective dealmaking. He is known for his efficient deal management, quick response times, and ability to navigate complex transactions from first contact through successful completion.
Outside of work, Grey is an avid fan of Warriors basketball and the San Francisco 49ers. He also enjoys playing golf, hiking with friends, and taking spontaneous adventures whenever the opportunity arises.
