Julie Conti

Julie is excited to bring her twenty years of commercial property management and business development to the Lockehouse Property Management team. Having grown up in the San Francisco Bay Area, she is glad to be contributing to the positive growth of our communities.

Her past and present portfolios include retail centers, class A office buildings, medical faculty, industrial and aviation properties in the public and private sectors. Julie’s primary responsibilities focus on building exceptional relationships with owners, tenants and vendors while increasing revenues, reducing cost, and overseeing capital and tenant improvement projects with award winning results.

In her spare time, her and her husband enjoy visiting friends and family in northern and central California and relaxing at home.
