Kelsey Clausius

Kelsey has a deep appreciation for seafood, sports, and waterfront views – all of which she happily gets to experience living in the Pacific Northwest. A New England native, she graduated from the University of Connecticut and made the 3,000-mile leap across the country to live in Seattle shortly after.

Kelsey joined Mattis Partners in 2016 with a background in office management. With a fresh outlook on the commercial real estate industry, she quickly learned the ins and outs of working with retailers to achieve their market expansion goals. Nearly 10 years later, her knack for organization and keen eye for detail continue to contribute to her success as a project manager and broker.

In her spare time, Kelsey enjoys outdoor adventures, trying new restaurants, and catching up with friends and family on both coasts of the US. She currently resides in Bend, OR with her husband, son, and spunky golden retriever.
