Marc DiTirro

Marc DiTirro is a seasoned Senior Property Accountant with over 12 years of experience in accounting, specializing in the real estate industry. He holds a degree in Accounting from California State University, Fresno, where he graduated in 2010. Marc began his career at Wells Fargo Bank in the Commercial Mortg. sector, where he developed foundational financial skills from 2010 to 2012. He then transitioned into real estate accounting, joining Skyline Pacific Properties LLC in 2012, where he worked until 2024, further refining his expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and complex financial analysis.

With more than a decade of experience in the San Francisco real estate market, Marc has developed a strong proficiency in managing financial operations for high-profile real estate portfolios and projects. His deep industry knowledge and commitment to accuracy have been key to his success in delivering reliable financial oversight and strategic insights.

Outside of work, Marc likes spending time with family, wife and two dogs, as well as being a huge sports fan, including following 49ers, San Francisco Giants and his school Fresno State athletics.
