Michael Butler is the Designated Broker and Managing Partner for Lockehouse Idaho in Boise, as well as the Qualifying Broker in New Mexico.

Michael is a seasoned tenant, landlord and investment broker licensed in Idaho and New Mexico. He has successfully completed hundreds of transactions with tenants including Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, Murphy Fuel, Walmart, NRG, Wells Fargo, Speedway, Starbucks, MARS INC, Galardi Group, AT&T and T-Mobile among others. He has also represented KIMCO and other national, regional, and local landlords and developers. Michael’s investment brokerage experience includes several multi-million dollar retail, land and office transactions.
