Rachel joined Lockehouse in 2018 as the Vice President of Investment Sales, the newest division of Lockehouse, responsible for representing clients in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate. She comes to Lockehouse from Arroyo & Company, where she worked as an agent for over two years. Rachel transitioned to commercial real estate after a successful career as an academic and nonprofit executive to join her brother and establish a trusted family partnership. As a fund development expert, she raised millions to support education and community organizations utilizing her leadership, analytic, and client management skills. To the real estate industry, she applies her deep understanding of marketing, research, and project management and dedication to establishing trusting relationships as the foundation for successful business transactions. She has a Ph.D. in History and M.A. in Latin American Studies from the University of Arizona and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of California, Davis. She lives in Piedmont, where she grew up, with her two sons.
