To date, the Lockehouse Investment Sales Team (LIST) has sold over $800 million and 3 million square feet of commercial real estate. Rachel transitioned to the real estate after a successful career as an academic and nonprofit executive to join her brother and establish a trusted family partnership. As a fund development expert, she raised millions to support education and community organizations utilizing her leadership, analytic, and client management skills. To the real estate industry, she applies her deep understanding of marketing, research, and project management and dedication to establishing trusting relationships as the foundation for successful business transactions. Prior to joining Lockehouse, she worked at Arroyo & Company. She has a Ph.D. in History and M.A. in Latin American Studies from the University of Arizona and a B.A. in Sociology from UC Davis. Rachel is an avid runner and loves the outdoors. She is a Bay Area native and lives in Piedmont with her two sons.
