Scott Doerner

Scott specializes in the disposition of single & multi-tenant retail properties throughout the United States with a focus on retail, medical and industrial assets. He has underwritten and transacted for some of the largest Real Estate Developers, Privately Owned Companies & Family Offices with aggregate deal volume exceeding $150 million.

Scott brings an expertise to the Investment Sales side of Real Estate. He thrives on representing landlords in unlocking and creating value for their property. Through his background in working with QSR operators, Scott also possesses the ability to underwrite at a high level and structure unique real estate solutions that contribute to the success of his clients.

As a native Australian, Scott came to the United States in 2002 and graduated Cum Laude with a degree in international management from Pepperdine University. Scott was a 2-time All-American Tennis star and in 2006 won the NCAA Division 1 National Championship. After college, Scott Played professionally for a couple of years and now stays competitive on the Pickleball Professional Tour.
