Steve Cutter

Steve, a graduate of the University of Oregon is the founder of Lockehouse Retail Group, Inc., Lockehouse Property Management Group and co-founder of LRG Investors, LLC.

Lockehouse, launched in 2005 with Steve and one other person, has evolved to become a dominant retail brokerage company in California. Lockehouse represents 135 Tenants and over 15m square feet of retail assets.

Steve currently serves on the board of Heart 2 Heal, a medical clinic in ID that has created an affordable healthcare system with exceptional service in both allopathic and functional medicine. Steve is also on the board of Chainlinks, the largest retail brokerage network in the country.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Steve is an avid outdoorsman who loves flyfishing, snowboarding, hunting and anything outdoors. Steve completed CA Ironman in 2023 and is continually focused on growth and challenge. Most importantly, he is a devoted dad and husband.
