Taylor Kim

Taylor discovered his passion for commercial real estate during his 15 years as an owner and operator of three restaurants and bars spanning from the Bay Area to San Diego. Approaching the industry from the tenant perspective, he gained extensive experience in concept creation, site prospecting, lease negotiations, design-build, construction management, and cultivating strong landlord-tenant relationships. He now leverages this expertise to help retailers create their own success stories.

A graduate of the University of Washington with a degree in economics, he also brings a diverse professional background in finance, insurance, retail, and fitness. Having played football for UW, competed in powerlifting, and completed numerous half marathons, he draws his competitive edge and drive from sports and fitness.

In his free time, he enjoys watching sports, working out, cooking, and trading stocks. Above all, he finds excitement in exploring new destinations, immersing himself in local cultures, and connecting with people through travel.
