Tharasa Athauda

Tharasa is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate industry with over five years of experience. She brings more than a decade of expertise in operations, office management, and customer service to her role. Since joining the Lockehouse Property Management team, Tharasa has progressed from an Assistant Property Manager to a Property Manager, currently overseeing six properties in the Bay Area.

Outside of work, Tharasa is passionate about cooking and is an enthusiastic foodie. She also enjoys taking care of her ever-growing collection of 20 houseplants.
