Tharasa Athauda

Tharasa Athauda is the Assistant Property Manager at Lockehouse. She has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 5 years and has over 10 years of experience in office operations, customer service, and marketing. She completed her Bachelor of Fashion Design at the Art Institute of Philadelphia.

Prior to joining Lockehouse, Tharasa was in a hybrid role managing office operations and marketing for Madison Marquette.

Joining Lockehouse, she has hit the ground running and looks forward to bringing a positive shift in providing support and leadership to the property management team.

In her spare time, she loves to cook, take care of her 20 house plants, and loves spending time with her son and husband.
