Lockehouse is excited to welcome Retail Associate, Brendan Walsh to the team! Brendan joined the Lockehouse team in late 2021 where he focuses on agency leasing, working with prominent landlords and developers.
After being recruited to Santa Clara University as a Division 1 rower, he dove directly into the world of real estate by working for a prominent Bay Area broker. There he was exposed to a range of real estate assets, most notably a $40 million dollar retail center in San Bruno, as well as a 300K+ square foot power center in Milpitas, CA.
Born and raised in Redwood City, Brendan is excited to be able to play a part in strengthening Bay Area retail assets and communities. During his down-time, Brendan enjoys mixing music, trading NFT’s, and exploring new retail concepts.
