Deirdre Davis serves as Chief Operating Officer at Lockehouse, where she has been an integral part of the company’s leadership team for the past six and a half years. With more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning commercial real estate, hospitality, construction, and finance, Deirdre brings a wealth of expertise in operations, organizational strategy, marketing, and business growth.
Throughout her tenure at Lockehouse, Deirdre has played a key role in strengthening the company’s operational infrastructure, refining processes, and developing scalable systems to support continued growth. As COO, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the organization while working closely with leadership to translate the company’s vision and strategic objectives into actionable initiatives. Her focus on efficiency, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement helps ensure Lockehouse is positioned for long-term success.
Prior to joining Lockehouse, Deirdre spent seven years in the financial sector, where she managed all aspects of operations for her organization. Her leadership, dedication, and results-driven approach earned her office recognition as the #1 Operational offices, among 300 offices nationwide.
Outside of work, Deirdre enjoys spending time with her husband, Mike, and their six children. Family is at the heart of everything she does, and with a busy household, life outside the office is rarely quiet. Most weekends, you can find her cheering from the sidelines of a baseball field or basketball court, supporting her kids, or enjoying special time with her granddaughter.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Deirdre enjoys a full and active life with her husband, Mike, and their six children, balancing her passion for leadership with a dedication to family and community.
