Ethan Goldstein

As one of the newest Lockehouse team members Ethan is enthusiastic, dedicated and a driven professional that is passionate about tenant representation and leasing. With a strong background in market research and his most recent experience working with reputable retailers and restaurants, including Panera Bread, World Market, KinderCare and Sola Salons, he is excited to bring his valuable insights and enthusiasm to Lockehouse.

He has been immersed in the real estate industry from a young age where his father’s career on the corporate side of retail real estate has given him firsthand exposure to the business, fueling his passion. Having been born in Massachusetts and later moving to California, he brings a unique perspective and understanding, coupled with a drive to excel and make a significant impact in the industry.

He temporarily relocated back to Massachusetts for a 3-month internship with National Commercial Brokers and is currently focused on obtaining his Real Estate License to further expand his experience in the field of Commercial real estate.

In his down time, Ethan is a large basketball enthusiast and is a big Boston Celtics fan. He spends most of his time off with his girlfriend, watching basketball, going out to eat and going to the park.
