Professional Expertise Jennifer Hibbitts is devoted exclusively to serving the needs of retail real estate property owners, developers, investors and retailers. Her area of expertise spans the regional retail markets of Northern California, the Bay Area and urban retail in San Francisco. Ms. Hibbitts leases street front retail, regional and specialty centers, and represents national and regional retailers throughout San Francisco and Northern California.
Ms. Hibbitts has worked in retail commercial real estate since 2003, when she started in the business with Starboard Commercial in San Francisco. Shortly thereafter, Jennifer transitioned to Cornish & Carey to join their retail team in the San Francisco office. In 2006, Jennifer made a move to Terranomics Retail Group, which was merged into Cushman & Wakefield over the years. In 2025, she joined Lockehouse Retail Group. Prior to working in retail commercial brokerage, Jennifer spent five years as an Advertising Account Executive with CNN International in Hong Kong. Prior to that, she worked as a ski instructor in Vail, Colorado.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Jennifer is avid about the outdoors and loves skiing, tennis and mountain biking. She has competed in numerous mid- and ultra-distance mountain bike races and is a three time finisher of the Leadville Trail 100 Mile MTB Race and three-time finisher of the Breck Epic MTB Race. Jennifer is continually focused on growth and challenge. Most importantly, she is a proud and devoted mom to her 16-year-old daughter.
