Justin Romain

Justin Romain was born and raised in Southern California and has lived in Santa Barbara since 1990. He attended UCSB, majored in Geography, and minored in Sports/Fitness Instruction. He spent over a decade running his own personal training business before transitioning into real estate in 2013. Prior to joining Lockehouse in 2021, Justin was with TSCG Southern California where he focused on representing local, regional and national tenants and landlords. Currently, his tenant representation list includes Sprouts Farmers Market, The Sports Basement, Ulta Beauty, Cracker Barrel, Shoe Palace, Luke’s Lobster, Quick Quack, Pieology, Sweetgreen, Thrive Affordable Vet Care, Smile Brands/Johnson Family Dental, Great Clips, Teaspoon, American Freight Furniture, and Miele. He also represents over one million square feet of retail space for the Kroenke Group, Regency Centers, Meyer Pacific, Paynter Realty, and Cadence Capital.
