Kurt Grundman is a Partner with Lockehouse Retail Group, who specializes in retail leasing, asset sales, lease restructuring/disposition services and site development. For over a decade Kurt has prided himself on delivering consistent, excellent service to his clients. He has been fortunate enough to participate in well over a million square feet of retail real estate transactions in Northern California.

Kurt has been successful representing both local and national tenants. His specialty is developing initial market strategies for emerging concepts. Most recently he has successfully rolled out the following tenants in Northern California; Target, LoveSac, Crunch Fitness, Umami Burger, Veggie Grill, Cricket Wireless, Starbucks, Fat Noodle, Pressed Juicery, Kendra Scott and RPM45.

Through the years he has forged strong relationships with several Bay Area landlords including; Federal Realty, ROIC, City Center Realty Partners, Veritas, Regency, Kimco and Related. These relationships have been great assets when looking for off market sites or securing a location months prior to vacancy.

With experience in retail, office and mixed-use projects, Kurt brings a diverse skill set to the team at Lockehouse. Originally from Appleton, Wisconsin, Kurt studied business at St. Norbert’s College in Green Bay. He has lived in Bay area for 25 years and currently resides in San Francisco with his wife Sofia, and sons Austin and Kaleb.
