Having lived in San Francisco for over 25 years, he has forged strong relationships with several Bay Area landlords including Federal Realty, ROIC, City Center Realty Partners, Veritas, Regency, Kimco, Starwood and Related. These relationships have been great assets when negotiating new and existing leases on tenant’s behalf and getting first look at off market sites for tenant expansion.
