Meghan Basso is a Senior Vice President in Lockehouse’s Landlord Services Division, where she represents owners of more than 2 million square feet of retail space across Northern California. A specialist in retail leasing, she delivers full‑service solutions for landlords and retailers alike—from regional and local site selection to the leasing of new developments, redevelopments, and established street‑front properties. Her core geographic focus includes the East Bay, spanning Contra Costa, Alameda, and Solano counties.

Before joining Lockehouse, Meghan served as a Director with Newmark’s Retail Services Group, where she concentrated on Landlord Representation throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. During her tenure, she secured numerous institutional‑class assignments and built a strong reputation for strategic leasing execution.

Meghan has distinguished herself in new business development, client management, and both landlord and tenant representation across multiple retail disciplines. Her ability to navigate complex market dynamics and deliver tailored, data‑driven strategies has made her a trusted advisor to owners, developers, and retailers.

She earned her degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, with an emphasis on international markets and relations.
