Michael Seigel comes to Lockehouse as our Executive Vice President, bringing over 30 years of retail and marketing experience to Lockehouse. He has operated his own stores, located sites, negotiated leases, and supervised store planning and construction. Michael has a long history of working with retailers on their debuts and expansions in Northern California and Beyond, including tenants such as Panda Express, The Habit Burger Grill, Quick Quack Car Wash, Chipotle, Coldstone Creamery, Rubio’s Coastal Grill, and GameStop.
