Natalie V. Wagner, CCIM is an investment sales broker specializing in the acquisition and disposition of retail and medical office properties across California. With fifteen years of experience spanning investment sales, asset repositioning, leasing, and tenant representation, she brings a depth of market knowledge that few investment brokers can offer, including direct insight into rent rolls, merchandising strategy, and what makes a retail asset perform.
Natalie is an active member of ICSC, attending conferences regionally and nationally, and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, earned in 2024. She is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara with degrees in Business Economics and Cultural Anthropology.
Based on the Central Coast and active across Los Angeles and California statewide, Natalie works with institutional and private investors on both the buy and sell side.
