Nick Schmidter has been active in commercial leasing and acquisitions in Northern California, since 2007. Before joining Lockehouse, Nick was consistently a top-producing leasing agent in San Francisco.
At Lockehouse, Nick has successfully represented regional and national credit tenants including Pieology Pizzeria Corporate, Red Lobster, Jack in the Box Corporate, Jimmy John’s Sandwiches, For Eyes Optical, Harbor Freight Tools, KinderCare, Kohl's, Pacific Catch, Sprint Corporate, C CASA restaurants, Precor Home Fitness, WSS (Warehouse Shoes Sales) and Wells Fargo.
Nick offers full-service tenant representation from site identification through negotiations and lease execution. He is an expert in implementing rollout strategies for his clients throughout Northern CA.
Balancing his tenant work, Nick maintains a strong book of listings with some of the premier developers in Northern CA. Working with his clients in a focused partnership approach, Nick aggressively drives the best rents, highest credit, and appropriate tenant mix in the projects he represents. Nick resides in Napa Valley with his wife Hayden, son Miles, daughter Evelin (Evie), and dog Ginger. Nick enjoys golf, snowboarding, fishing, abalone diving, food & wine, and spending time with family.
