Zeke Noveshen is a San Francisco native who joined Lockehouse as a Junior Broker Trainee in September 2026, working alongside Jim Shepherd as he begins his career in commercial real estate. He first joined the firm in the summer of 2025, interning in the San Francisco office under Chris Homs and Brendan Walsh, where he prospected over 500 retail locations throughout the Bay Area, generated more than 50 conversations with prospective tenants and landlords, and studied lease negotiations and LOIs to learn the fundamentals of the brokerage process.
Zeke graduated from Tulane University in the spring of 2026, where he studied Business Management and Legal Studies.
Outside of work, Zeke is passionate about cooking, backpacking, and road tripping. At 22, he has already traveled to 31 countries and 26 states, and he’s a lifelong 49ers and Giants fan.
