Albuquerque | Nov 14, 2016 – California Bay Area based Lockehouse Retail Group (LRG) announced the recent launch of its New Mexico office, headed by Mr. Michael Butler.
“Michael is a veteran of retail real estate and an expert in the New Mexico market. He brings significant brokerage and development knowledge and experience to the team,” said Steve Cutter, Founder of LRG.
The Albuquerque office is fully operational as of October, and comes shortly after the launch of Lockehouse’s Restaurant Group in Southern California.
“We’re excited to continue our vision of being able to better service our tenants and clients throughout the entire Western region with premium development and brokerage services,” said Cutter.
Mr. Butler has spent the last 12 years working with landlords and major tenants in the region. He will play a key role as Lockehouse looks to leverage its brand across the Mountain West region. His previous professional experience in the San Francisco Bay Area and ties to the Pacific Northwest also are a great fit for the Lockehouse footprint.
