Caden Westwick

Caden Westwick joined Lockehouse in July 2024, following his graduation from the University of Washington with a degree in Political Economics. During his undergraduate studies, Caden interned with Lockehouse, where he discovered his passion for commercial real estate and built the foundational skills that now fuel his brokerage career.

Having recently earned his real estate license, Caden is focused on leveraging his deep knowledge of Santa Barbara and the surrounding cities to bring fresh ideas to the market and connect tenants with innovative opportunities.

Born and raised in Santa Barbara, Caden brings a unique understanding of the Central Coast market, enabling him to provide outstanding service to both tenants and landlords.

Outside of work, Caden enjoys surfing, golfing, playing beach volleyball, and cheering on his favorite sports teams.
