Dennis Borowsky, CRX, CLS

Dennis is an experienced real estate professional with over 30 years in the shopping center industry, including brokerage, development, leasing and project management. He has led the leasing efforts at over 40 retail and mixed-use projects in excess of 10 million square feet. Dennis is a graduate of California State University, Northridge, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing.

He previously held positions with Irvine Company Retail Properties, Merlone Geier Partners, Donahue Schriber, J&T Investments, Westrust, Urban Street Advisors, JH Snyder Company and Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate. Previous projects include The Market Place, NOHO West, Laguna Hills Mall, Beverly Connection, West Hollywood Gateway, Orchard at Saddleback, Corona del Mar Plaza, Crystal Cove Promenade, Woodbury Town Center, Anaheim Plaza, Promenade at Howard Hughes Center (HHLA), The River at Rancho Mirage, Natomas Marketplace, Creekside Town Center and several neighborhood centers.

Dennis has completed transactions with hundreds of retailers, including: Target, Regal Cinemas, Trader Joe’s, Nordstrom Rack, Whole Foods Market, REI, Ulta Beauty, Old Navy, Ross, HomeGoods, TJ Maxx, LA Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness, Best Buy, IKON Theatres, Barnes & Noble, Ralph’s Grocery, PGA Tour Superstore, Staples, Petsmart, Five Below, Famous Footwear, Jared Jewelers, Yard House, PF Chang’s, Lazy Dog Restaurant, Islands, BJ’s Restaurant, King’s Fish House, Lucille’s Barbeque, Starbucks, Urban Plates, In N Out Burger, McDonald’s, Wells Fargo Bank and Arco am/pm.

Current retail clients include Sports Basement, Sprouts Farmers Market, Shoe Palace, Play Street Museum, BodyRok and Engine-Ear Toys. Current projects include Topanga Village, Studio City Place, Encino Place, Third Street Promenade and Marigold Shopping Center, Higuera St.- SLO pad building and Capitola Mall pad building.
