He has led the leasing efforts at over 40 retail and mixed-use projects in excess of 10 million square feet. Dennis is a graduate of California State University, Northridge, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing.
He previously held positions with Irvine Company Retail Properties, Merlone Geier Partners, Donahue Schriber, J&T Investments, Westrust, Urban Street Advisors, JH Snyder Company and Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate. Previous projects include The Market Place, NOHO West, Laguna Hills Mall, Beverly Connection, West Hollywood Gateway, Orchard at Saddleback, Corona del Mar Plaza, Crystal Cove Promenade, Woodbury Town Center, Anaheim Plaza, Promenade at Howard Hughes Center (HHLA), The River at Rancho Mirage, Natomas Marketplace, Creekside Town Center and several neighborhood centers.
