Eric Hagen

A Washington native, Eric grew up in Aberdeen before attending Capitol High School in Olympia for his Senior year. He then embarked on a journey to the University of Denver on a golf scholarship, where he was a two-time team captain. A “Covid graduate”, he then earned his MBA while playing a fifth year for the Washington State Cougars, where he balanced his time between studying, working on his short game, and eating way too much ice cream from Ferdinands.

Before joining the Lockehouse team (previously Mattis Partners), Eric worked for a real estate investment group—an experience that shapes how he approaches deals today. He looks at real estate through the lens of long-term value and smart decision-making for businesses, whether it’s a retail user expanding or an owner repositioning a property.

Outside the office, you can find him on the golf course, exploring the Olympic Peninsula, or spending time with family and friends around the Pacific Northwest.
