Sandy Berry began her real estate career in 1979 in property management and lease administration for Western Investment Management Company in Cupertino. After four years, she was promoted to asset manager of a 2.0 million-square-foot portfolio that included centers in California, Arizona, and Oregon. Her diverse responsibilities included the development of leasing programs, the creation of strategic management plans and the preparation of shopping center management budgets. She was responsible for a wide range of properties undergoing anchor expansion, center remodeling or market repositioning. Prior to joining Lockehouse, Sandy was part of Newmark’s Retail Services Group. Sandy currently focuses on institutional Landlord representation with projects throughout the Bay Area.
