Theresa (Theri) has over 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Theri started her career in retail estate in a management / administrative capacity and recently became a Retail Associate specializing in landlord and tenant representation in the Tri-County area (San Luis Obispo County, Santa Barbara COunty, and Ventura County).

Prior to Lockehouse, Theri held various operations, managerial and administrative support positions within a broad range of industries, from medical device manufacturing to hedge fund operations.

Theri was born and raised in Southern California and outside of work, enjoys a busy family life with her husband, and their 7 children.
