Matt Hietbrink

Whether it’s mastering real estate concepts, perfecting his rowing technique or relentlessly pursuing the perfect golf swing, Matt considers himself to be a lifelong student. He is passionate about learning every aspect of his clients’ business in order to best advise them on a market strategy designed to meet and exceed their goals.

Originally from Southern California, Matt graduated with a BS in Business Administration from the University of San Diego along with a certificate in commercial real estate from Cornell University. Outside of his countless hours in the classroom, Matt managed to gain an unofficial minor in surfing with a certificate in paddle boarding – two skills he brought with him to the frigid waters of the Pacific Northwest. From his experience as a collegiate oarsman, Matt prides himself on his work ethic, focus and commitment to the team.

Throughout his 20 years in real estate, he has worked on a wide variety of retail niches ranging from representing numerous national tenants, managing over 7 million square feet of shopping center and grocery anchored shopping center space to leasing single tenant retail buildings in Washington, Oregon and California. If that’s not impressive enough, he was also an integral part of redeveloping a military base.

When he’s not site planning around bunkers, he enjoys skiing with his wife and playing putt-putt with his son.
