She currently represents Landlords in leasing more than 2 million square feet of retail space and is a Senior Vice President in Lockehouse’s Landlord Services Division. Prior to joining Lockehouse, Meghan was a Director with Newmark’s Retail Services Group specializing in Landlord Representation in the SF Bay Area and was awarded many institutional-class leasing assignments. Ms. Basso has excelled in new business development, client management and both landlord and tenant representation assignments across disciplines throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area.
As a retail leasing specialist, Ms. Basso works with clients to provide full-service solutions, whether regional or local site selection for retailers or first-class service to landlords in leasing new developments, redevelopments, or existing and street-front properties throughout northern California. Her geographic focus is the East Bay including Contra Costa, Alameda and Solano counties.
Meghan lives in Moraga with her husband of 12 years and their two daughters.
